Alright, so I've thought about making a livejournal before, and never did it because I'd usually get to something like this where I have to write something about myself and say "Ah, fuck it." Don't get me wrong, it's not that I didn't want to tell anything about myself, it's because I'm lazy. Motivation is a fleeting thing in my world.
Anyway, I was born and raised on Martha's Vineyard (I'm not rich and my parents aren't celebrities, don't ask). I lived there my whole life, except one year in-between when I lived in New Mexico (age 9-10 I believe). I excelled in all subjects in school when I was little, and gave up in high school. I was the editor the newspaper and have written for three real newspapers (two local ones and the Boston Globe). So journalism and AP scores kinda made up for my average grades, enough so that I got into college, anyway. I go to UMass Amherst and I'm in the talent-advanced program for English. I live with 12 people that are also in the program and most of them are pretty cool people. In fact, I'd call some of them the best friends I've ever had (aw, touching, isn't it? No, I don't usually take myself seriously).
And I've got a twin brother that also goes to UMass. If you ask me any of the typical, stupid twin bullshit I'll hate you forever. Or for like a minute. I guess it depends on how much I like you to begin with.
So, yeah...
